Yes. You will descend hand‑in‑hand with an instructor. Our professional guides ensure your safety throughout.
We decide based on the day’s wind direction and wave conditions to select the safest and most suitable site.
Wave conditions matter more than rainfall. Unless there are extreme conditions, light or normal rain does not cancel the activity.
We will choose an alternative site with better protection. Any change of plan is communicated (normally the day before) by the instructor or staff.
To protect the marine environment and port water systems, soaps and shampoos are generally not provided nor encouraged.
Please use disposable contact lenses under the mask (no hard lenses recommended).
You must be in suitable health per the medical questionnaire. Some tours have age limits—see each tour description for details.

We accept bookings from 6 months up to 3 days before the activity. Peak seasons fill quickly—book early to secure a spot.

If we cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you receive a full refund (or reschedule option).

Complimentary pickup is generally offered within Naha City (final availability depends on the day’s dive plan—please inform us in advance).
All participants may request free pickup within Naha City. Solo travelers are welcome—this saves transport cost and worry.
If you come directly, we will inform you of the precise meeting time & location beforehand.
Morning traffic can be heavy; please depart early and stay reachable.
The following insurance coverages are already included in all activity fees—no extra payment required:
📌 Instructor Liability Insurance
Compensation for accidents (injury, disability, death, property damage) arising from instructional or guiding errors.
- Personal / Property: up to JPY 1,000,000,000 per accident
📌 Participant Injury Insurance (During Managed Activities)
Coverage even without staff negligence if a sudden external accident causes injury during the activity.
- Death: JPY 10,000,000
- Residual disability: JPY 4,000,000 – 10,000,000 (per severity table)
- Medical expenses: up to JPY 500,000
- Rescue expenses: up to JPY 1,000,000
📌 Facility Liability Insurance
For damage due to facility defects or management negligence.
- Bodily injury: JPY 100,000,000 per person (max JPY 200,000,000 per accident)
- Property damage: up to JPY 10,000,000 per accident (annual cap JPY 10,000,000)
📌 Bailee (Entrusted Property) Liability
Loss / damage of customer equipment (fire, theft, contamination) while under our custody.
- Property: up to JPY 5,000,000 per accident (annual cap JPY 5,000,000)
📌 Product Liability Insurance
Accidents caused by defects in gear we sell, service, or rent.
- Bodily injury: JPY 100,000,000 per person (max JPY 200,000,000 per accident; annual cap JPY 1,000,000,000)
- Property damage: up to JPY 10,000,000 per accident
