📅 Reservation Process
- Reservations are accepted only within 6 months prior to the activity date and must be completed no later than 3:00 PM, 2 days before the activity.
- After we receive your request, customer support will send a payment link and confirm any required information. (Note: Your reservation is NOT yet confirmed at this stage.)
- Please complete full payment within the specified payment deadline. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without further notice.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will issue a confirmation voucher within 24 hours. Please present this voucher on the day of the activity to participate.
❌ Cancellation Policy
- If the activity must be changed or cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., weather, sea conditions), we can arrange a refund or assist with rescheduling.
- If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting place and time, it will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture and no compensation will be provided.
- No refund will be given if you are unable to participate due to undisclosed or inaccurately declared health conditions.
- If you voluntarily discontinue the activity once it has begun, it is considered a forfeiture and no refund will be issued.
- For diving course participants requesting a refund, a course fee of ¥21,000 will be deducted (administrative / instructional allocation) before processing the refund.
💰 Cancellation Fee Schedule
- Cancellation ≥ 7 days before the activity date: No fee
- Cancellation 3–6 days before the activity date: 50% of the activity fee
- Cancellation on the activity date (or no‑show): 100% of the activity fee
RiShima Dive reserves the right to grant final approval, refuse participation, modify,
postpone, or terminate any activity. Official announcements on the RiShima Dive website shall prevail.
Any matters not covered herein will be interpreted and handled in accordance with internal policies.
